Madeweil is committed to clear, reliable delivery information from checkout through arrival.
Shipping options and charges
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout for your destination. Eligible US orders of $50 or more receive free standard shipping.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, Madeweil will send a confirmation with tracking information. Carrier scans can take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Addresses and split shipments
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@madeweil.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel; each available tracking number will be shared separately.
International orders
International availability, shipping charges, and estimates are shown at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery issues
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears lost in transit, contact support@madeweil.com with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details so the Madeweil team can assist.
