Madeweil returns at a glance

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories.

Before sending anything back

1. Email support@madeweil.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
2. Wait for Madeweil return instructions before shipping the parcel.
3. Use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt until the return is completed.

Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless Madeweil confirms that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; bank processing times may vary.
